ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED: Wear personal protective equipment described in Section 8 if exposure conditions warrant. If concentration of finely divided dust is high, eliminate all possible ignition sources and wet down spill; otherwise avoid wetting material. Spilled material should be contained and disposed off properly.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
HANDLING: Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Do not breath dust. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Launder exposed clothing before reuse. Wear protective clothing described in Section 8 if conditions warrant. Use adequate ventilation to prevent inhalation of dust.
STORAGE: Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Keep containers closed. Store in a cool dry location with adequate ventilation.

EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
ENGINEERING CONTROLS:
Good general ventilation should normally be sufficient to control airborne levels. Local exhaust and mechanical ventilation system is recommended if handled in a confined area.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION:
A NIOSH/MSHA approved air purifying respirator with an organic vapor cartridge or canister may be permissible under circumstances where airborne concentrations are expected to exceed exposure limits.
EYE PROTECTION:
Wear chemical goggles.
SKIN PROTECTION:
Where contact is likely, use gloves, and protective clothing.
